How can i enable out of office auto mail?

To enable out of office message, Please follow the below steps,

Step 1:

Login webmail URL using your email id and password, as shown in fig 1.0.

Step 2:

After login, please select Preferences –> Out of Office (left pane side) –> Select Radio button “Send auto-reply message” and type below Auto-Reply Message.

Once typed out of office message, select the save button left side on top as shown fig 1.1.

That’s It! Once saved the out of office message just sign out in webmail.

Note:- If you want to de-activate out of office message please login again and  select Preferences –> Out of Office (left pane side) –> Select Radio button “Do not send auto-replies” (Fig 1.2) and save.
