In this blog, we will see how to automatically fetch the customer’s mail for faster and error-free Outstanding Statement sending.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa application and navigate to the Master module → open the Organization menu.
Step 2: Here, we can see the list of parties. Just open the respective party page
Step 3: Under the Accounts tab, we can map our receivable and payable ledgers based on the type of organization.
Step 4: After the ledger mapping, you can find the Payment Term column, where you can set whether the payment type is Credit or Cash
Step 5: Just click on Cash, then change the credit limit option to Custom. In the Credit Amount and Credit Days columns, enter the required amount and the number of credit days. Finally, in the ‘To’ column, you can enter the customer’s mail ID
Steps 6: After updating the customer’s mail ID in this section, the ‘Mail To’ field will be auto-populated with the mail ID while generating the Outstanding Report. This allows you to send the outstanding details to the customer more efficiently, without manually entering the mail ID.
