In this blog, FCL Import Process in Fresa Application has been explained.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application.
Step 2: Go to the Masters module and click Organization menu.
Step 3: Now, All the list of Organizations will be displayed on the screen. Here, click Create option.
Step 4: On the Organization creation page, Enter the required details and click Next in the Organization Name screen.
Step 5: Here, Enter the required details in the Organization Address page and click Next option.
Step 6: Now, Enter the required details in the Organization Category page and click Next option.
Step 7: Now, Check all the details in the Organization summary page and click Finish.
Step 8: Now, Organization has been created successfully.
Steps to create an Enquiry in Fresa Application.
1. Navigate into Customer Service module and Click Enquiry Sheet menu.
2. On this page, Click Create button to create a new Enquiry.
3. Select the required Department.
4. Enter the required details such as Client, Origin, Destination in the Port Details page and click Next option.
5. Enter the required details in the Consignment details page and Charge Details page. Click Next option.
6. Now, Check all the details in the Enquiry summary page and click Finish.
Step 7: Now, Enquiry has been created successfully.
To generate Quotation from Enquiry.
1. On the Enquiry page, Click Generate Quotation and click Ok.
2. Now the Quotation has been successfully created. Click the Quote No to view the Quotation page.
To generate Shipment from Quotation.
1. Navigate to particular Quotation page.
2. Click the Change Quote Status option and change the quotation status as Verified.
3. Now change the Quotation status as Approved and click Save.
4. Once the Quotation has been Approved, we can be able to view the Generate Shipment and Generate Job options.
5. Here, Select the Generate Shipment option and click Ok.
6. Now the Shipment has been successfully created. Click the Shipment No to view the Shipment page.
To generate Job from Shipment.
1. Navigate to particular Shipment page.
2. On this page, Click Generate Job option.
3. Now the Job has been successfully generated from the Shipment page. Click the Job No to view the Job page.
