Introduction :
The Network Name feature in the Fresa Application allows users to add the relevant network
information to a Shipment. This helps users maintain important Shipment-related details in one place. Users can easily select the required Shipment and update the Network Name from the Shipment Details page. Keeping this information updated helps improve Shipment tracking and supports better operational coordination.
Note :
Ensure that you open the correct Shipment before updating the Network Name.
Select the appropriate Network Name based on the Shipment requirements.
Verify the selected Network Name before clicking the “Save Changes” button.
After saving, confirm that the Network Name is correctly displayed on the Shipment Details page.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Customer Service module
Step 2: Under the Customer Service module, click the “All Shipments” menu
Step 3: Enter the required details and click the “Submit” button.
Step 4: The list of Shipments will be displayed. Select the required Shipment and click “Edit.”
Step 5: On the Shipment Details page, click the “Edit” option.
Step 6: Select the Network Name and click “Save Changes.” The Network Name will be added successfully.
