What is Costing?
Cost is a sacrificed resource to obtain something, costing is a process of determining costs, cost accounting is a technique to assist management in establishing various budgets, standards, etc. and cost accountancy is the practice of costing and cost accounting.
Cost of sales: The cost incurred for the materials as where the materials are to be used for converting them into a product for the purpose of sales.
Cost of purchases: The cost incurred for the acquiring stocks and the cost associate for the acquisition of the stocks as when they reach a stage for storage or operation.
Introduction :
The Add Sales Charges feature in the Fresa application allows users to record customer billing charges against a job.
These charges are used for invoice generation, profitability analysis, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
Adding sales charges accurately ensures that customers are billed correctly and that the job’s financial details are maintained effectively.
Note :
Ensure you have the necessary user permissions to add sales charges.
Verify that the job has been created before adding sales charges.
Select the appropriate charge code, currency, tax details, and amount.
Review all charge details before saving.
Changes made to sales charges may affect invoice amounts and job profitability.
Step 1: Login with Fresa Gold and open the respective job from all jobs.
