Introduction :
The PO Number feature in the Fresa Application allows users to record the client’s purchase order
reference directly in a Job. Users can add the PO Number under the client details of the respective Job. This helps maintain the client’s purchase order information along with the Job details. Keeping the PO Number updated also makes it easier to reference the client’s purchase order during Job processing and documentation.
Note :
Ensure that you have opened the correct Job before adding the PO Number.
Verify that the correct client is selected before entering the PO Number.
Select “PO Number” as the Reference Type before entering the reference number.
Verify the PO Number before clicking the “Save” button to ensure that the correct reference is saved.
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold and navigate to the respective Job.
Step 2: Click the “Organization” tab, then click the client “Edit” button.
Step 3: Select “PO Number” as the Reference Type, enter the PO Number under the “Reference No.” tab, and click the “Save” button.
