2. Click Mail Footer in the Quotation (Fig.2).

3. Enter the Notes in Mail Footer, once entered the details, click Save Footer button (Fig.3).

4. Now the Quotation Footer is added successfully (Fig.4).

5. Now take the Report, it will display the Footer of the Report (Fig.5).
