Introduction :
Standard charges help freight forwarders automatically apply pre-defined charges to shipments and jobs, saving time and ensuring consistency. In Fresa Gold, standard charges can be configured for organizations and applied directly during shipment or job creation. This article explains how to add standard charges to a shipment or job in Fresa Gold.
Note:
Standard charges in Fresa Gold are pre-configured charge templates that can be automatically applied when creating a shipment or job. These charges are linked to specific organizations and can be selected during the shipment or job creation wizard. Ensure the standard charges are correctly set up in the system before applying them to a shipment or job.
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold, navigate to Customer Service, create a shipment, enter the Client Name, POD, POR, Address, etc., and click the Next button (Fig. 1).

Step 2: Enter the Salesperson Name and the required fields, then click the Next button (Fig. 2).

Step 3: Select the Standard Charges (Fig. 3).

Step 4: Once you have verified the details, click the Finish button (Fig. 4).

Step 5: The standard charges are now displayed in the shipment (Fig. 5).
