Step 1: Log in to the Fresa application and navigate to the Accounts module.
Step 2: Click on the Accounts Settings menu.
Step 3: Select the COA Master under the Accounts Settings menu.
Step 4: Choose the required COA and click the Edit button.
Step 5: In the COA edit page, enable the “Charge Required” field by selecting Yes, then click Save Changes.
Step 6: Navigate to the Charge Mapping screen, choose the respective department, and the COA will be reflected under Sales and Cost Charges
