Note: The system does not allow the G/L Date to be changed to a past (back) date for vouchers that have already been matched. This restriction ensures accurate accounting records and helps prevent financial discrepancies. Only future G/L Dates are allowed.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the required Receipt Voucher or Payment Voucher.
Step 2: Open the voucher for which you need to modify the GL Date.
“Matched voucher records found, so the GL Date cannot be changed. Please unmatch and try again.”
