In this blog, How to avoid this Error (HSN/SAC code value not available) while submitting E-Invoice in Fresa Application has been explained.
Step 1: When we submit the E-invoice, System will show the below warning message as a response. This is due to SAC Code not available for the charges.
Step 3: Select the required charge.
Step 4: Select the required Department and click the Edit option.
Step 5: Enter the SAC code in the respective column and click Save Changes.
Step 6: Here, we could see the SAC code has been updated for the respective department.
Once SAC code has been updated, Still If the E-Invoice is not being submitted, Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the voucher correction menu.
Step 2: Enter the required voucher number and click submit.
Step 3: Edit the selected voucher.
Step 4: Give the voucher correction password and click submit.
Step 5: Enter the SAC code for the required charges and click save.
Step 6: Now, Go to the E-Invoice module and submit the voucher. Voucher will get submitted.
