Step 1: When we submit the E-invoice, System will show the below warning message as a response. This is due to some special characters entered in the Narration column of costing details.
Step 2: Login to the Fresa Application.
Step 3: Go to any Job Page and select the Costing tab.
Step 4: Edit the required charge in the costing page.
Step 5: Remove the special character in the Description column of particular charge.
Step 6: Now, Go to the respective voucher. Edit the respective charge. To remove the special character in this narration column, Go to
the voucher correction menu.
Step 7: On this voucher correction page, remove the special character and click Save Changes.
Step 8: Now, Go to the E-Invoice module. Submit the E-Invoice. It has been submitted successfully.
