How to avoid warning message while posting a voucher?

While posting a voucher in fresa gold we may get a warning message stating “sub-ledger required account but no sub-ledger selected”. This is due to Sub ledger required option is enabled in COA master, we need to disable that option.

Here you are going to learn about the steps to avoid warning message while posting a voucher.
Step 1: Login with fresa gold and select Accounts module. (Fig-1)

Step 2: Select All Vouchers option. (Fig-2)

Step 3: Select voucher type as journal voucher then click create single button. (Fig-3)

Step 4: Enter the required details like party account, amount and book details. While we try to post the voucher we will get the below warning message. (Fig-4)

Step 5: Navigate to accounts > accounts settings > COA master and then select the required COA and click edit. (Fig-5)

Step 6: In sub-ledger required option-click no and then select save changes. (Fig-6)

Now if we post the voucher the voucher will gets posted successfully.
