Introduction:
After an invoice is generated, the Charge Currency cannot be modified directly from the invoice. To update the charge currency, users must remove the existing charges from the invoice, modify the charge currency in the corresponding Job, and then add the updated charges back to the invoice.
This process ensures that the invoice reflects the correct charge currency while maintaining accurate billing, financial records, and data consistency between the Job and the Invoice.
Note:
The Charge Currency cannot be edited directly in a generated invoice. To update it, remove the existing charges from the invoice, change the charge currency in the corresponding Job, and then re-add the updated charges to the invoice. This ensures accurate billing and maintains data integrity.
Step 2: Click Delete All Charges to remove all existing charges from the invoice.
Step 3: Click OK to confirm the deletion, and then click Save & Close.
Step 4: Click Save Changes to update the invoice.
Step 5: Navigate to the corresponding Job and edit the required charge.
Step 6: Change the required Charge Currency in the Currency column, and then click Save.
Step 7: Return to the invoice and click Pending Charges.
Step 8: Select the required charges, and then click Save to add them back to the invoice.
Step 9: The invoice is updated successfully with the revised Charge Currency.
