Introduction :
The Call Sheet report in the Fresa Application enables users to track sales activities performed by
the sales team. By filtering the report based on Country, users can analyze customer interactions for a specific region, monitor sales performance, and review call activities more effectively. This feature helps improve sales planning, regional analysis, and customer follow-up.
Note :
Ensure you have permission to access the Sales module.
Select the appropriate Date Range before generating the report.
Use the Country filter to view activities for a specific region.
You can download the filtered report for analysis, reporting, or future reference.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application, navigate to the Sales module.
Step 2: Click the Call Sheet menu.
Step 3: Enter the required Date Range, select the necessary filters, and click the Submit button.
Step 4: The Call Sheet list is displayed. Apply the Country filter to view call sheet activities for the selected country.
Step 5: To download the report, click Options, and then select Download.
