Converting an enquiry into a quotation in the NVOCC module helps users quickly prepare and
share pricing details with customers based on their enquiries. This feature eliminates the need to create quotations manually, saving time and ensuring consistency between enquiry and quotation data. By generating quotations directly from enquiries, users can streamline the sales process and improve response time. Follow the steps below to convert an enquiry into a quotation in the Fresa Application.
Note :
Ensure the enquiry is created and contains all the required information before generating a quotation.
Verify the enquiry details carefully before selecting the Generate Quotation option.
Review the generated quotation and update any additional pricing or service details if required.
Save any changes made to the quotation before sharing it with the customer.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the NVOCC module.
Step 2: Select the Enquiry List under the NVOCC Module.
Step 3: Select the respective enquiry from the All Enquiry List.
Step 4: On the Enquiry page, select the Generate Quotation option.
Step 5: After selecting the option, the quotation number is generated for the respective enquiry.
