How to create a new ticket in Fresa help desk?

Here you are going to learn about steps to create a new ticket in Fresa help desk.

Step 1: Login to Fresa help desk using your credentials. (Fig-1)

Step 2: Select open a New Ticket option. (Fig-2)

Step 3: Select the help topic and enter issue summary and issue in detail and drag and drop an attachment you want to add to this query and then click submit button. (Fig-3)

Step 4: A new ticket will be created with ticket id. (Fig-4)
