In this blog, we are going to see How to Create a Single Credit Note for Multiple Jobs in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: First, Login to the Fresa Application and Select the Required Job.
Step 2: After Clicking the Job, it will be redirected to the Job page.
Step 3: In the Job screen, Click on the Costing menu and Click Add Button.
Step 4: In the Costing page, Enter the Costing details. Then Click the Save and Close Button.
Step 5: The same procedure as we have done on above steps to add the costing for another jobs.
Step 6: Now go to All Vouchers menu under the Accounts Module.
Step 7: Here Select the Voucher Type as Credit Note and Click the Create(Single) Button.
Step 8: Now select the required Date Range, Book, Party A/C, and Click Save Button.
Step 9: Click the Pending Charges Button in the CREDITNOTEVOUCHER page.
Step 10: In the Get OS / Charges page, Select the required charges and Click Save Button.
Step 11: After Clicked the Save Button, the Selected jobs will be reflected in Accounts Details. Then Click the Save Changes Button.
