Introduction :
A Warehouse Product is used to maintain product information required for warehouse operations such as inventory management, stock movement, and order processing. Creating products with accurate details helps improve warehouse efficiency and ensures consistent product identification across transactions.
In the Fresa Application, the Product Master allows users to create and manage warehouse products by maintaining essential information such as the client, product code, product name, pack type, base quantity, and additional product details. This helps ensure accurate warehouse records and simplifies inventory management.
Note :
Ensure the client is created in the Organization Master before creating a warehouse product.
Mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk must be completed before saving the product.
Verify the Product Code before saving, as duplicate product codes may not be accepted.
Maintain consistent product codes and pack types to improve inventory tracking and reporting.
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and go to Warehouse Module.
Step 2: In the Warehouse Module, select the Product Master Menu.
Step 3: In the Product List screen, you can view the list of products already created in the application.
Step 4: Click the Create button at the top-right corner of the page to add a new product.
Step 5: In the Product Master Entry screen, select the Client from the drop-down list, then enter the Product Code, Product Name, Pack Type, and Client Reference Number. In the Show All tab, enter the Product Base Quantity, Outer Pack, Inner Pack, and Additional Information. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Step 6: Once you have entered the required details, click the Save button.
Step 7: Click Options and then Download to export the Product List in the required format.
