In this blog, we are going to see about How to Create Advance Receipt and match the receipt with an Invoice in Fresa Application.
Step 1: First, Login to Fresa Application and go to the Accounts module.
Step 2: Click on the All Vouchers tab which is under Accounts module.
Step 3: Select the Voucher Type as Receipt then Click Create(Single) button.
Step 4: Create an Receipt Voucher by selecting Date, Book, Bank/Cash A/C and Click Save button. The Receipt Voucher date should be less than the Invoice date.
Step 5: The Receipt voucher is created, now Click the Add button.
Step 6: In the Account Details screen Enter the A/C Name and Amount/Qty, Click Save & Close button.
Step 7: After that Approve and Post the Receipt Voucher.
Step 8: Now Create an Invoice by selecting Date, Book, Party A/C and Click Save button.
Step 9: The Invoice is created, Select the Get OS option in Invoice screen.
Step 10: Select the Advance Receipt Voucher that you have created earlier and Click save.
Step 11: Now the Invoice is matched with an earlier created Receipt voucher.
