Introduction :
Creating an organization using GSTIN in the Fresa Application helps users quickly add organization details
using the GSTIN number. The GSTIN-based creation option retrieves the available GSTIN details for the organization. Users can then enter the required branch and salesperson information before saving the organization. This simplifies organization creation and reduces the need for manual data entry.
Note :
Ensure that you have a valid GSTIN before starting the organization creation process.
Verify the GSTIN details displayed by the system before proceeding.
Select the correct Branch and Salesperson before saving the organization.
Review the organization details after creation to ensure the information is accurate.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Masters module.
Step 2: Click the “Organization” menu.
Step 3: Select the “Create Using GSTIN” option.
Step 4: On the GSTIN to Organization Creation page, enter the GSTIN number, then click “Search.”
Step 5: The GSTIN details will be displayed. Enter the Branch and Salesperson details, then click “Save.”
Step 6: The organization will be successfully created in the Fresa Application.
