Introduction :
A WIP (Work in Progress) Journal Book is used to record Work in Progress journal entries in the
Fresa Application. Creating a dedicated WIP Journal Book helps organizations maintain separate accounting records for WIP transactions, improves financial tracking, and ensures journal entries are posted under the appropriate book.
Note :
Ensure you have permission to access Accounts Settings.
Enter a unique Code and Name while creating the JV Book.
Complete all mandatory fields before saving the record.
Once saved, the new WIP Journal Book will be available for use in WIP journal transactions.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application.
Step 2: Navigate to the Accounts module and click the Accounts Settings menu.
Step 3: Under Accounts Settings, select the JV Book Master menu.
Step 4: The JV Book List screen displays all the existing JV Books.
Step 5: Click the Create button.
Step 6: The JV Book Entry screen opens. Enter the required details such as Branch, Code, Name, and other mandatory fields, and then click Save Changes.
Step 7: The WIP Journal Book is created successfully and displayed in the JV Book List.
