What is Tag?
In information systems, a tag is a keyword or term assigned to a piece of information. This kind of metadata helps describe an item and allows it to be found again by browsing or searching.

if you created shipment or job in Fresa Gold, you can able to search based on the value also,we have an additional features” TAG”, if you give some value for the shipment or job, in global search enter type as tag, and enter the value which you given to the shipment or job, it will give the search result according to the tag value.
Note: Tag search is working based on the user id, if you are creating the tag in your user id, you can only able to search based on the tag value, which you give in the shipment or job tags, rest of others not able to access your tag value.
Below are the steps to create the Tag for shipment or job.
1. Login with Fresa Gold, Navigate to Documentation, Select All Jobs. Select a particular Job. Select Tags options on the right side corner (Fig.1).

2. Enter the Value and Type and click the Save option (Fig.2).

3. Once you saved the Tag value it will reflect under the tag for a particular job. (Fig.3).

4. Once the tag is created for the particular job, now navigate to global search select Type as Tag and Enter the Tag value which you entered in job. now it will reflect the job based on the tag.(Fig.4).
