In this Blog we are going to see, How to Create the Matching Voucher from A/P in Fresa Application has been explained.
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and go to the Accounts Module.
Step 2: Here we have to select the A/P Menu
Step 3: Select the A/P Aging Summary under the A/P Menu
Step 4: On this A/P Aging Summary page, Enter the required details like Created Branch, COA and then click on the Submit button.
Step 5: Here we can see the all A/P Aging Summary list, now click the View Details icon button
Step 6: On this Outstanding Voucher Wise Details page, Click the Matching Voucher at the top of the screen
Step 7: After clicking the Matching Voucher, the system will be navigated to the Matching Voucher page
Step 8: Here we have to click the Save button to Change the Status
Step 9: Now we have to change the Status as Created to Approved
Step 10: Then change the Status from Approved to Posted
