In this blog, the process of creating a purchase invoice in the Fresa application has been explained.
Step 1: Login in to our Fresa application.
Step 2: Go to the respective Job/Shipment page. Under the Costing tab, add the charges using the Add button (or) Cost Button. Enter the cost side charges, then click the Generate Purchase Invoice button.
Step 3: This is the Generate Purchase Invoice page. Please enter the required details: Ref No. (Vendor invoice number) and Ref Date (vendor invoice date). After entering the invoice number and selecting the invoice date, click Save.
Step 4: After saving, you can see that the purchase invoice has been generated. Using the Edit option, once you click on it, you will be redirected to the respective purchase invoice page.
Step 5: We created the invoice using the top report option. From there, we can generate the purchase invoice report.
Step 6: You can see multiple reports available. You may use any one of them. We will use one of the purchase invoice reports.
Step 7: We can see the Purchase invoice report. By using the “print” option. We can print the report PDF file format.
