How to do customized cheque print in Fresa Gold?

What is a Cheque?

A Cheque is a document which orders a bank to pay a particular amount of money from a person’s account to another individual’s or company’s account in whose name the cheque has been made or issued. The cheque is utilised to make safe, secure and convenient payments.

Here you are going to learn about the steps to do customized cheque print in Fresa Gold.

Step 1: Login with Fresa Gold and Navigate to Accounts module and then select Accounts-Settings. (Fig-1)

Step 2: Select Customized Cheque Print option. (Fig-2)

Step 3: Select the bank name for which you need to customize cheque print option. (Fig-3)

Step 4: Enter the mandatory details like Bank, chq code, chq name, Date format, Date position from top and left, Account payee name position from top and left, Amount position from top and left, Amount in words position from top and left then click save. (Fig-4)

Step 5: Open any payment voucher and select Reports option. (Fig-5)

Step 6: Select Customized cheque print report. (Fig-6)

Step 7: Customized cheque will be displayed on the screen. You can click print button to print the cheque. If you need to change any alignment follow the step-4 to do the same. (Fig-7)
