Introduction :
Printing cheques with the correct alignment is essential for ensuring accurate payments and avoiding
cheque rejections caused by misaligned text. Since cheque layouts may vary between banks, organizations often need to customize the print format to match their bank-issued cheque stationery. Fresa Gold provides a Customized Cheque Print feature that allows users to configure cheque layouts for different banks, ensuring accurate printing, reducing manual adjustments, and improving payment efficiency.
Note :
The Customized Cheque Print feature enables users to configure cheque layouts by defining the
positions of the date, payee name, amount, amount in words, and other cheque details. Once configured, the customized format can be used to print cheques directly from the Payment Voucher, ensuring accurate alignment with the bank’s cheque format.
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold and navigate to the Accounts module, then select Accounts → Settings.

Step 2 : Select the Customized Cheque Print option.

Step 3 : Select the bank for which you want to configure the customized cheque print option.

Step 4 : Enter the mandatory details, such as Bank, Cheque Code, Cheque Name, Date Format, Date Position (Top and Left), Account Payee Name Position (Top and Left), Amount Position (Top and Left), and Amount in Words Position (Top and Left), then click Save.

Step 5 : Open any Payment Voucher and select the Reports option.

Step 6 : Select the Customized Cheque Print report.

Step 7 : The customized cheque will be displayed on the screen. You can click the Print button to print the cheque. If you need to change the alignment, follow Step 4 to update the settings.
