Introduction :
The Job Not Closed Report in the Fresa Application helps users identify jobs that
remain open within a selected date range and department. This report provides a clear overview of pending jobs that require closure, enabling users to monitor operational status and take timely action. By reviewing this report regularly, organizations can ensure that completed jobs are closed promptly, improving operational efficiency and maintaining accurate records. It also helps prevent delays in financial processing and reporting by identifying jobs that are still in an open status.
Note :
The report displays only jobs that have not been closed for the selected Date Range and Department.
Ensure that the correct From Date, To Date, and Department are selected before generating the report.
Closed jobs will not appear in this report.
Users can download the report for further analysis, record-keeping, or sharing with their team.
The availability of data depends on the user’s access permissions and the selected filters.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Gold application and navigate to My Reports.
Step 2: Select the Job Not Closed Report.
Step 3: Enter the From Date and To Date, select Department then click submit button. (Fig.3)
Step 4: The Job Not Closed Report is displayed on the screen. To download the report, click the Download button.
