Introduction :
The Pending Arrival List report in the Fresa Application helps users track shipments that are
expected to arrive but have not yet reached their destination. This report provides better visibility into pending arrivals, enabling operations teams to monitor shipment status efficiently. By filtering the report using the required criteria, users can quickly identify pending shipments and take timely follow-up actions. It improves operational planning and helps ensure smooth coordination across logistics processes.
Note :
Ensure that shipment arrival details are updated in the system before generating the report for accurate results.
Select the appropriate date range and required filters to retrieve the relevant pending arrival records.
The report displays only shipments that match the selected criteria and are pending arrival.
You can download the report for further analysis, reporting, or operational follow-up.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and go to the Customer Service module.
Step 2: After navigating to the Customer Service module, select the Reports – CS menu.
Step 3: Select the Pending Arrival menu under Reports – CS.
Step 4: On the Pending Arrival List page, select the date range, enter the required details, and then click the Submit button.
Step 5: The Pending Arrival List will now be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Click on the Options Menu and then click on the Download Option to download the Pending Arrival List.
