In this blog, we are going to see How to Download the KPI Status with Shipment and Job in Fresa Application.
Step 1: First, Login to Fresa Application and go to the Customer Service Module.

Step 2: Click on the Reports – CS tab which is under the Customer Service Module.

Step 3: Now select the KPI Status with Shipment and Job report under the Reports – CS.

Step 4: Kindly enter the details like Data Range, From Date, To Date Expected Status, KPI Completed and click on the Submit button.

Step 5: After clicking the KPI Status with Shipment and Job page is shown the details.

Step 6: Now Click the Options and Select the Download option.

Step 7: Here we can see the Download Format Options like CSV, and XLSX. We can Click the CSV format. Now it will be Downloaded as a CSV format.
