Introduction :
The Reports feature in the Fresa Application allows users to export report documents in
different formats based on their business requirements. In addition to PDF, users can download reports in RTF (Rich Text Format) or Microsoft Word format for easy editing and customization. This feature is useful when reports need to be modified, branded, or shared in an editable document format. Follow the steps below to download reports as RTF or Word files.
Note :
Ensure the required Job or Shipment is available before accessing the Report option.
Verify that the selected report supports export in RTF or Word format.
Any modifications made to the downloaded document will not affect the original report stored in the Fresa Application.
Save the edited document after making changes to avoid losing your updates.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and open the respective Job or Shipment.
Step 2: On the Job or Shipment Details page, click the Report option.
Step 3: The list of reports will be displayed. Select the required report format.
Step 4: In this Report Preview page, select the Export Output Format as RTF or Word and then click on the Submit button.
Step 5: The report will be downloaded in Word format. You can edit the downloaded file as required.
