Introduction :
This article explains how to edit the invoice amount after an invoice has been
generated in the Fresa Application. In certain situations, invoice amounts may need to be updated due to pricing corrections, revised charges, or changes in job-related costs. The application allows users to modify the associated charges and update the invoice accordingly without creating a new invoice. This process helps maintain accurate billing, ensures correct financial records, and prevents discrepancies in customer invoices. By following the steps below, users can update the required charges and reflect the revised amount in the invoice.
Note :
Ensure that the invoice is eligible for modification before making any changes.
Delete the existing invoice charges only if they need to be replaced with updated charges.
Update the required charge in the corresponding Job before retrieving it into the invoice.
Use the Pending Charges option to add the modified charges back to the invoice.
Verify the updated invoice amount before approving or sharing the invoice with the customer.
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold and open the invoice that you want to modify. Click the Multiple Update option.

Step 2: Select the required charges and click the Delete All option.

Step 3: Click OK in the Delete Confirmation dialog box.

Step 4: Go to the respective job and click the Edit option for the charge that you want to modify.

Step 5: Update the required charge and click Save and Close.

Step 6: Open the same invoice and select the Pending Charges option

Step 8: The updated charge is now reflected in the invoice.
