Here, we are going to learn about How to Fill the Mandatory Field columns while Creating a job in documentation Module.
Step1:Login to fresa and go to documentations menu.
Step2: Select all jobs under documentation menu.
Step 3:Click on create button to create a new job.
Step4:Select the client and Department and then click on next.
Step5:Fill the details need and click next.Some details like POD,POR,ETD are mandatory so once we fill this only we can move to the next wizard.
Step 6:Once we create the job and add the costing and create sales invoice and purchase invoice When we try to close job but we can’t close it.Since the voucher is not posted
Step7: post the vouchers and try to close the job.
Step 8:Now the job is closed successfully.
