Here, we are going to see about how to Fill the Mandatory Field columns while Creating a Shipment in Customer service Module.
Step:1 Login with Fresa Gold and Go to the Customer Service Module and select the All Shipments tab>> Select the Department >> Click Create Button.
Step:2 While creating Shipment , We must enter the mandatory field of Client Name, Port of Arrival, Port of Departure, Address, Port of Receipt (POR), Port of Freight(POF) and Estimated Time Of Arrival (ETA) , Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and House Air Way Bill No (HAWB). These respective columns are the mandatory field in Shipment screen. If you want to add any other details in field columns, enter the details and then Click Next Button.
Step:3 In Port Details, the mandatory field are sales person Name, Agent Name, Employee field and all other fields are not mandatory. If we need to add this details in columns , enter the details and then Click Next Button.
Step:4 In Planned/ Consignment Screen we can view the Standard charges for that particular organization , there is no option to change or edit the columns. Kindly Click the Next Button.
Step:5 In Charge Details Screen, Checking the Booking info details if we enter the details whether correct or not. If you need some changes in the shipment, Click Previous Button and do the Changes and then Click Next Button.
Step:6 If we create a shipment, then Click Ok.
Step:7 Now, The Shipment Is created Successfully.
Step:8 If you want to edit the Shipment after created the shipment and then Click Edit Option, do the Changes and click save.
