Introduction :
The Accounts Receivable Report under the Accounts Dashboard provides a consolidated view
of outstanding customer receivables within a selected period. It helps finance teams monitor pending collections, analyze receivable balances, and make informed decisions to improve cash flow. The report also enables users to download the data for reconciliation, reporting, and audit purposes. Follow the steps below to generate the Accounts Receivable Report in the Fresa Application.
Note :
Ensure the required Date Range and COA (Chart of Accounts) are selected before generating the report.
Verify the selected filters to ensure the report displays accurate receivable information.
Use the Download option to export the report for further analysis or sharing.
The report displays data based on the selected filters and available accounting transactions.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and go to the Accounts module.
Step 2: Click on the Dashboard – Accounts menu.
Step 3: After clicking Dashboard – Accounts, you will be redirected to the Accounts Dashboard page.
Step 4: Select the required Date Range and COA, then click the Submit button.
Step 5: After clicking the Submit button, the voucher details are displayed on the Accounts Dashboard page.
Step 6: Now Click the Accounts Receivable Report Button.
Step 7: The Accounts Dashboard – Accounts Receivable Report page displays the report details.
Step 8: To download the report, click Options, then click Download.
