Here, we are going to see How to Generate a Payment Voucher for Multiple Purchase Invoices in Fresa Application.
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and go to the Accounts Module.
Step 2: Select the All Vouchers Menu and select the Voucher type as PURCHASE INVOICE and then click Create (Single) button.
Step 3: Now, fill in the required details as Book, Party Name, Ref Date and Ref No and click the Save button.
Step 4: In Account details, click Add button and enter the details as Account Name, Amount and then click Save button.
Step 5: Now, Post the Voucher and then the Outstanding amount will be reflected. Same as creating a Multiple Purchase invoice to Same Party and post these Vouchers.
Step 6: To Clear the Outstanding, again go to Accounts Module >> All Vouchers >> Select the Voucher type as Payment Voucher >> click Create (Single) button. In the Payment Voucher screen, enter the required details as Book, Bank/Cash Account, select the respective Party Account and click the Save button.
Step 7: In the Payment Voucher Screen, click the Get OS button and select the respective Purchase invoices and click the Save button.
Step 8: Now, the Account details are reflected in the Payment Voucher screen, enter the total amount in the Amount Column. Click the Save Changes button and changed the Voucher status as POSTED.
Step 9: Now go to the respective Purchase invoices and see the Outstanding now will be Zero.
