Introduction :
The Non-Job Purchase Invoice feature in the Fresa Application allows users to record purchase
invoices directly from the Accounts module without linking them to a specific job. This is useful for recording general expenses and other purchase transactions that are not associated with any particular job.
Note :
Ensure you have the required permissions to create a Purchase Invoice.
Verify the Party A/C and invoice details before saving the voucher.
Ensure the required expense and amount details are entered correctly.
Verify the voucher details before approving and posting the invoice.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and select the “Accounts” module.
Step 2: In the Accounts module, select the “All Vouchers” menu.
Step 3: Select “Purchase Invoice” as the voucher type, then click the “Create (Single)” button.
Step 4: Select the Book Type, Date, Party A/C, Ref No, and Ref Date, and then click the “Save” button.
Step 5: Once saved, under “Account Details,” click the “Add” button.
Step 6: Select the expense and enter the amount, then click “Save.
Step 7: Once saved, verify all details, then approve and post the voucher using the “Change Status” option.
