Introduction :
The Client Lost Report helps users identify clients who have not generated business
within a specified number of days. This report enables organizations to monitor inactive clients, support customer retention initiatives, and plan follow-up activities effectively. Follow the steps below to generate the Client Lost Report in the Fresa Application.
Note :
This report displays all jobs that remain open within the selected date range and department, helping users monitor pending operational activities.
Ensure that the appropriate date range and department are selected before generating the report to obtain accurate results.
Only jobs that have not been closed at the time of report generation will appear in the report.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the My Reports module.
Step 2: Select the Client Lost Report for Last N Days under My Reports Module.
Step 3: Enter the required value in the Number of Days field, then click Submit.
Step 4: The Client Lost Report for the specified number of days will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: We can download the Client Lost Report using the Download option.
Step 6: Click the Next button to navigate to the next page of the report.
Step 7: Click the Send Mail button to send the report via email.
