Introduction :
This article explains how to generate the Consol Summary Report for a specific
department in the Fresa Application. The report provides a consolidated summary of shipment or job activities for the selected department within a specified date range. It helps users monitor departmental performance, review operational data, and analyze consolidated records efficiently. The report is useful for management reporting, operational reviews, and business analysis. By following the steps below, users can generate and download the Consol Summary Report with ease.
Note :
Select the required From Date, To Date, and Department before generating the report.
Ensure the selected date range covers the required reporting period.
The report displays consolidated records only for the selected department.
Use the Download option under Options to export the report for further analysis or record-keeping.
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access departmental reports.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Gold application, navigate to Documentation → Reports-Docs. (Fig. 1)

Step 3: Select the From Date, To Date, and Department, then click the Submit button. (Fig. 3)

Step 4: The Consol Summary Report for the selected department will be displayed on the screen. To download the report, click Options and select Download. (Fig. 4)
