Introduction :
This article explains how to generate a Delivery Order (DO) Number in the Fresa Application. The DO Number is a unique reference used to identify and track the delivery of cargo associated with a shipment. It helps maintain accurate shipment records and ensures smooth coordination between freight forwarders, transport providers, and customers. Generating a DO Number improves document management, enhances shipment traceability, and reduces manual errors during the delivery process. By following the steps below, users can generate or enter the required DO Number and save it against the shipment.
Note :
The DO Number can be entered manually or generated automatically, depending on your organization’s configuration.
Ensure that the required shipment has been created before generating or assigning a DO Number.
Each DO Number should be unique to avoid duplication and maintain accurate shipment records.
After entering or generating the DO Number, click Save Changes to update the shipment successfully.
Verify the DO Number before saving, as it may be used in shipment documentation and delivery-related processe
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold and navigate to the required Shipment. (Figure 1)

Step 3: Enter the DO Number, or click the Generate option, and then click Save Changes. (Figure 3)
