DSR report for a particular department

Here you are going to learn about the steps to generate DSR report for a particular department in Fresa Gold.

Step 1: Login with Fresa Gold, and navigate to Customer services module and select Reports-CS. (Fig.1)

Step 2: Select the DSR report. (Fig-2)

Step 3: Select the required date range and select the Department, Client and required details then click submit. (Fig-3)

Step 4: Now the DSR report in the entered date range will be displayed on the screen, to download the report, use Download button in Options. (Fig-4)
