It helps organizations streamline shipment documentation and ensures that required information is shared efficiently with external parties. By following the steps below, users can quickly generate and download the required EDI file for a Shipment or Job.
Note :
Ensure that all mandatory Shipment or Job details are completed before generating the EDI.
Select the appropriate EDI Type based on the requirements of the shipping line, customs authority, or trading partner.
The generated EDI file contains shipment information in a standardized electronic format for seamless data exchange.
Verify the generated EDI before sharing it with external systems to ensure the information is accurate and complete.
Users can download the generated EDI file for submission, integration, or record-keeping purposes.
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold and open the required Shipment/Job. (Figure 1)
