EXPORT PROCESS:
During the export process, the exporter enters the required export details into the Fresa application.
Generates FG standard manifest EDI:
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and Select the required Export Job.
Step 2: Click it and the system will redirect you to the job page. Enter all required export details in the job.
Step 3: After entering all the required details for the job, click the Generate EDI button.
Step 4: On the EDI page, click the Generate FG Standard Manifest button.
Step 5: The EDI is now generated. Click the “Download” button.
An XML file will be downloaded.
IMPORT PROCESS:
During the import process, the importer will upload an XML file to the application. The application then processes the XML file and integrates its contents into the system as a job.
Upload Manifest:
Step 6: Login to Fresa Application and go to the Documentation Module.
Step 7 : Click the All Jobs menu.
Step 8: On the All Jobs page, click the Upload Manifest button.
Step 9: Here, select the EDI type FG STANDARD XML, select the export process XML file in “Browse for manifest file”, and click the “Next” button.
Step 10: All details are displayed here. Click the “Next” button.
Step 11: Then click on the required import department, branch and original agent and click on the “Done” button.
Step 12: Now the import process will generate a job based on the details provided by the exporter.
