How to generate JOB Download

The below configuration should be done to process Job Download.

Origin company and designation company should be mapped under group master company.

Origin company port code and designation branch sea port code should be same.

Here you are going to learn about the steps to generate JOB Download in Fresa Gold.

Step 1: Login with Fresa Gold, and navigate to Documentation module and select Job download. (Fig.1)

Step 2: you can see the Job status of cancel, closed and activity completed list will be shown. (Fig-2)

Step 3: Activity completed can be only to download. (Fig-3)

Step 4: Now the Export details will be displayed, kindly confirm then click next. (Fig-4)

Step 5: Select to department as Import and select to job date and click Finish, then job will be generated as FCL import job. (Fig-5)
