This article explains how to generate a Salesman-wise Outstanding Report in Fresa Gold.
The report provides a consolidated view of outstanding receivables assigned to each salesperson, helping organizations monitor pending customer payments efficiently. It enables sales teams and management to track overdue invoices, evaluate collection performance, and identify customers with outstanding balances. By analyzing outstanding amounts salesperson-wise, businesses can improve follow-up activities and enhance cash flow management. This report supports better financial decision-making and helps maintain effective credit control across the organization.
Note :
The Salesman Wise Outstanding Report displays outstanding receivables based on the selected salesperson and filter criteria.Ensure that the required Salesperson, Organization, COA, Currency, and Branch details are correctly configured before generating the report. Users can apply additional filters to obtain more specific and accurate report results. The report reflects data available as of the selected reporting date and helps monitor pending customer collections. After generating the report, it can be downloaded for further analysis, reconciliation, or sharing with stakeholders.
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold, navigate to Sales → Report Sales. (Figure 1).
Step 2: Click the A/R Aging (Clientwise) report. (Figure 2)
Step 3: Fill in the required fields, such as Created Branch, COA, Organization, Controlling Branch, Currency, and Salesperson, along with any other required fields, and click Submit. (Figure 3)
Step 4: The Salesman-wise Outstanding Report is displayed. To download the report, click Options, and then select Download. (Figure 4)
