In this blog, we are going to see about How to Generate the KPI Status with Shipment and Job Report in Fresa Application.
Step 1: First, Login to Fresa Application and go to the Customer Service Module.
Step 2: We can see the KPI Status with Shipment and Job report is under the Reports – CS tab which is under the Customer Service Module.
Step 3: KPI Status with Shipment and Job Report screen is reflected like below.
Step 4: In this Date Range option we can see the options like, Completed KPI Date, Expected KPI Date, Job Date, and Shipment Date. Shipment Date is a Default.
Step 5: In this KPI List Option we can see the all KPI Lists here. If we need to see the Separate KPI details, we can select the KPI here.
Step 6: In this Expected Status we can see the options like, All, Dates Blank, and Dates Selected. If we selected the Expected Status date the details are reflected under the Option Dates Selected.
Step 7: In this KPI Completed option we can see the options like All, Pending, Completed, and Remarks. If we need the KPI Pending lists, we can Select the Pending Option.
Step 8: In this, all columns Select the details and Click the Submit button. We can get the lists as well as we selected option.
Step 9: If we need to Download this Details we can Select the Options and Click the Download option and we can Select Format, the list it will be Downloaded.
