In this blog, How to generate the Payment Request from all voucher in Fresa Application has been explained.
Step 1: Login in to fresa application.
Step 2: In Accounts–>All Vouchers–> Select the voucher type as “Payment Request” and click on Create Single.
Step 3: Here, select the date, book, bank, and party (vendor), then click the Save button. After saving, the voucher number will be generated.
Step 4: Once we saved the details, Under the Accounts Details tab, click the +Add button.
Step 5: After clicking the +Add option, select the respective expense ledger and enter the amount, and then save.
Step 6: Now. payment request is generated. Here, you can see the change status button.
Step 7: Using Change Status button we can change status from ‘Created’ to ‘Approved’.
Step 8: After approving the payment request, you will get two options one for Purchase Invoice and another for Payment Voucher. Whenever required, simply click the button to create the voucher.
