How to generate Trial Balance Summary report?

What is a Trail Balance?

A trial balance is a bookkeeping or accounting report that lists the balances in each of an organization’s general ledger accounts. (Often the accounts with zero balances will not be listed.) The debit balance amounts are listed in a column with the heading “Debit balances” and the credit balance amounts are listed in another column with the heading “Credit balances.” The total of each of these two columns should be identical.

Step 1: Login with Fresa Gold, Open Accounts module and select Trail Balance Reports option. (Fig-1)

Step 2: Select Trial Balance Summary report option. (Fig-2)

Step 3: Enter the date range and click submit. (Fig-3)

Step 4: Trial Balance Summary report will be displayed on the screen. Click Report button to take the report of Trial Balance (Fig-4)

Step 5: Select options and then click download to download the report. (Fig -5)
