In this Blog we are going to see the Steps to get the Attachments added in the ASN/GIO to GRN/GDN page in warehouse module of Fresa Application.
• When creating a GRN/GDN from an ASN/GIO, any document or image you attach will be copied by the Fresa Gold system to the GRN/GDN/Job.
• This Feature makes it easier to access and retrieve information for audits, quality checks, or dispute resolution.
Step 1: Login into the Fresa Application.
Step 2: Go to the warehouse module. Select the ASN menu and click create option.
Step 3: On this page, Enter the required details and click save changes.
Step 4: Click the Attachments column.
Step 5: Attach the files and click save option.
Step 6: Click Generate GRN. Now, GRN has been generated.
Step 7: Navigate to the GRN page and its Job page.
Step 8: Here, Attachments added in the ASN page will be reflected in the respective GRN and Job page accordingly.
Step 9: Now, Go to the warehouse module. Select the GIO menu and click create option.
Step 10: On this page, Enter the required details and click save changes.
Step 11: Click the Attachments column.
Step 12: Attach the files and click save option.
Step 13: Click Generate DO. Now, GDN has been generated.
Step 14: Navigate to the GDN page and its Job page.
Step 15: Here, Attachments added in the GIO page will be reflected in the respective GDN and Job page accordingly.
