In this blog, we are going to see the steps to Link a Job with a Purchase Invoice in the Fresa Application
NOTE : Linking a Job with a Purchase Invoice helps allocate expenses to the respective Job or shipment. This improves cost tracking, enhances financial reporting, and provides better visibility of Job-related expenses within the Fresa application.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the relevant Job. Add the required charges, then click Save and Close.
Step 2: Open the corresponding purchase Invoice voucher to which you want to link the Job.
Step 3: In the voucher screen, click the Pending Charges button.
Step 4: Enter the Job number in the Job Number field and click Submit.
Step 5: The added charges will be displayed. Select the required charge and click Save.
Step 6: The Job will now be successfully linked to the Purchase invoice.
