Step 1: Login with Fresa Gold, Navigate Job No. (Fig.1)
Step 2: Once Added the Customer Service/Sales, click video call option as highlighted (Fig. 2)
Step 3: Add subject and Description & select the attendees for the Conference. The Attendees list will get from Shipment/Job created user & from Department also it will fetch from Organization Master Email Id You can add the additional mail id if required. Click send meeting request button to join on the Conference and the end user will get the Request in mail.(fig 3)
Step 4: Now to start, Click start meeting and we all connect on the Video Conference (Fig. 4)
